• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Exchange requests must be submitted via email.
• In case of a defect or wrong item, we cover all shipping costs.
• For standard exchanges, shipping fees may apply.
• Delivery time for the exchanged item may take up to 14 working days.
• Orders may be subject to customs fees or VAT depending on your country.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been shipped.

Please note that transaction fees and any applicable processing costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
